By renting a bike or scooty from Himanshu Bike Rent, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility & Documents
The rider must hold a valid driving licence. A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) must be submitted at pickup. The minimum age to rent is 18 years.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit and/or original ID may be required at the time of pickup. The deposit is returned on safe return of the vehicle in its original condition.
Rental Charges
Rent is charged on a 24-hour basis unless otherwise agreed. Late returns may attract additional charges. Fuel is not included in the rental price.
Vehicle Use & Helmet
Wearing a helmet is mandatory. The vehicle must be used lawfully and only by the registered renter. Stunt riding, overloading, and use under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.
Damage, Theft & Breakdown
The renter is responsible for any damage, traffic challans, or theft during the rental period. In case of breakdown, contact our 24/7 roadside helpline immediately at +91 98707 11571.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain fuel level and should be returned with a similar level, or fuel charges will apply.
Cancellation
Please inform us in advance for any cancellation. Booking amounts, if any, are refundable subject to our cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
