100% refund if you cancel 2 hours before pickup. 50% refund if cancelled between 2-24 hours before pickup. No refund for last-minute cancellations.

Yes, extensions are allowed if informed at least 30 minutes before your scheduled return time. Extensions are charged at a simple hourly rate of ₹50 per hour.
