What documents are required for rental?
You need a valid Driving License (Original) and an Aadhaar Card/ID proof. For international tourists, a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) and Passport are required.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we take a small refundable security deposit (Rs.500 - Rs.2000) depending on the vehicle model. It is refunded instantly upon vehicle return.
Do you have a referral/loyalty program?
Yes! Earn Rs.500 for every friend you refer. They just need to use your name or code HIMANSHU on their first booking.
What's your cancellation & refund policy?
100% refund if you cancel 2 hours before pickup. 50% refund if cancelled between 2-24 hours. No refund for last-minute cancellations.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes! Extensions are allowed if informed at least 30 min before return. Charged at a simple hourly rate of Rs.50/hour.
Do you accept international tourists?
Absolutely! We host many foreign travelers. Just bring your Passport and International Driving Permit (IDP). We handle the rest.
